FAQ
I. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Anywhere beyond the Berkeley/Oakland area will be charged accordingly
II. What if I want the raw photos?
The product that you receive is a representation of my creative vision and my work, so no. However, client satisfaction is my ultimate priority so I do send raws for $100
III. How do payments work?
Zelle is preferred, but I also receive Paypal, Venmo, and CashApp. For further accommodations, please contact me!
IV. What if I need to reschedule/cancel?
Rescheduled sessions due to weather conditions or emergencies are free. For any other reason, the cost is $50. I plan many shoots in advance, and in the event of a cancellation, down payments are non-refundable.
